Copying and Pasting a Text Based Report

To copy and paste a text based report

  • Highlight the text by left clicking to the left of the report title and then dragging the mouse to highlight the entire report
(Typing Ctrl-A will also select the entire report)
  • Right click to select copy
(Typing Ctrl-C will also copy your selection)
  • Paste the report into your other application
(Right click your mouse and select paste, or type Ctrl-V)

The directions above are for Firefox on a Windows PC, the wording will be slightly different on other browsers, e.g. IE 7.0 uses "save picture as" instead of "save image as". Note that Ctrl-C means hold down the "Ctrl" button and then push "c" at the same time.
