Development

The Development decision screen is used to make decisions regarding the redevelopment of your existing bike design.

Each Period you have three choices:

  • Keep the current design.
  • Abandon the product by pushing the Drop Product button next to your Product's name.
  • Update the product to a better design by choosing a project on the Select New Project drop down menu.

Keeping the current design means continuing to sell last year's model for another year.

Dropping the product means withdrawing it from the market and any existing inventory will be dumped at cost.

Updating with a new design may improve its attractiveness, cost or both depending on which project you select.
