Production Efficiency

The Efficiency tab decision screen is used to enter the amount to be spent on reducing production wastage, e.g. breakdowns, setup time etc.

Efficiency Budget

Enter your firm's Efficiency Budget in the white box.

This money will be used to fund projects to reduce wastage to improve the efficiency of your factory.

Wastage relates to time spent on any activities such as setting up, cleaning and breakdowns/maintenance. In turn these activities reduce efficiency by using up time that could have been used to produce bikes.

The graph gives an indication of how much investment will be required to reach higher levels of efficiency.
