Quality

The Quality tab decision screen is used to enter the amount to be spent on improving product quality.

Quality Budget

Enter your firm's Quality Budget in the white box.

This money will be used to fund projects to improve the quality of your products to reduce the number of warranty claims.

Before heavily investing in quality, consider your product strategy. Some segments are heavily sensitive to quality while others are not, if you are planning to be a discount specialist then a large quality budget may be an unnecessary expense.

The graph gives an indication of how much investment will be required to reach higher levels of product quality.
