Training
Training is simulated through the number of hours you wish to train each worker in the production process. This figure indicates what proportion of the workers time is to be spent on training as opposed to production. Bear in mind that (generally) each employee works for 2000 hours per year. Training helps to improve efficiency, and encourages continuous improvement.
