Explanation - Inspection

Inspection

Inspection is the process of examining finished goods or work in process for defects. It is in the company's interest to detect these defects before the goods are sold. This is because it is usually cheaper to fix products before a customer has to complain and claim repairs under warranty. In MikesBikes-Advanced, inspection only relates to finished goods inventories.
