Explanation - Long Term Debt

Long Term Debt

Long Term Debt is a liability which is paid off over several years. In MikesBikes-Advanced, this reflects the value of bank loans which have been taken out to pay for business expansion or to fund day to day operations. Long term debt may often be secured against assets of the company, in exchange for a lower interest rate.
