These staff are required to perform the marketing function and manage the sales force. The more products you have and the more stores are stocking your products, the more staff you will require.
Production Administration Staff
These staff are required to coordinate the production process: liaising with suppliers, production scheduling etc. The more products you have, the more you produce and the more batches you run (smaller batch sizes) the more staff will be required.
